The following positions are available:

Account Executive - Outside Sales Representative
This position is a full time position.

Must work well with people and have high and honest standards. You need to have that magnetism that will attract customers to you and also be able to portray the confidence in the products you are representing - that in turn will solicit the trust from the customer. So, a good knowledge of the industry is a great bonus.

The following are the requirements for this position:

- A self-motivated individual that can take the ball and run with it.

- Able to close the sale and be willing to support the customer after the sale is finalized.

- Professional, positive and honest.

- Knowledge or working history in the industry.

- An understanding for high speed Internet Access and Colocation.

- Technically savvy and able to think on your feet.

- A very upbeat and likeable personality a must.

- Able to set your own schedule and be disciplined with it.

- Able to follow through and complete projects.

- You need to have a great presence on the phone as well as in person.

- Must have a valid license, current insurance, and a reliable vehicle.

- A real positive and aggressive person that will take the ball and run with it - willing to start on day 1.

- Someone who walks the walk.

- You must NOT be afraid of commission - this position has high commission potential for the right individuals. So, if commission scares you, you probably should not be in sales.

In this position you will be:

- Cold-calling to solicit new business accounts.

- Maintaining the current customer base with the same high-level of customer service we have always offered.

- Working with our team to support our customers' needs and demands.

- Working in the office about one-fourth the time doing phone work, and planning and setting your schedule, with the remaining time out in the field making those sales calls and connections.

- This position is a base plus commission position.

Web Developer/ProgrammerThis position is a part time/as needed - 1099 position. The following are the requirements for this position.

- must have an eye for graphic design and layout

- basic knowledge of web administration

- basic web programming ability

- an independent worker while being a full contributor to the entire group

- customer service ability as this position will work directly with clients

- experience with WinNT, Win2000 Advanced Server, & IIS

- HTML, PHP, ASP and Cold Fusion experience

- SQL setup and administration experience needed

- experience with Apache Web Server a definite plus

Familiarity or experience in the following a definite plus

- Java

- Javascript
